Monthly challenge

Touch grass.

Really, lets all take a deep breath and go outside for some quality one-on-one time with nature. This can look many different ways. For some, it may literally mean going outside and putting their bare feet on the grass for a moment. For others, this may mean going on a long walk or hike. It could look like going to the lake for a swim or letting your inner child have the time of their life at your favorite playground.

What is the monthly challenge?

Our culture does an excellent job at isolating us and making us feel alone. That isolation impacts our mental health significantly and, thus, most of us are often on the lookout for ways to connect.

One small way to feel less alone in your therapy journey is to join me and the lovely group of humans I work with in our monthly challenge!

The monthly challenge is a completely optional monthly prompt that is designed to shift us from thought to action. Examples of challenges include things like reading books, setting boundaries, engaging in community action, etc.

Please note: No information about you or your participation will be shared with anyone else if you choose to join. While you won't see this community, you'll know that you're not alone in working on a specific task each month.
