Monthly Challenge

April'25

Monthly challenge

Try a new activity & let yourself be bad at it.

Tired of your perfectionism taking away from your joy? Lets work on giving  ourselves permission to not be great at everything we do. Instead, we can focus on enjoying the process and deliberately engaging in playfulness. Now is the time to take that pottery class or put on your kneepads and bust out the rollerblades you havent used in years. Let your inner child run with this and see if you can find a bit of belly laughter.

What is the monthly challenge?

Our culture does an excellent job at isolating us and making us feel alone. That isolation impacts our mental health significantly and, thus, most of us are often on the lookout for ways to connect.

One small way to feel less alone in your therapy journey is to join me and the lovely group of humans I work with in our monthly challenge!

The monthly challenge is a completely optional monthly prompt that is designed to shift us from thought to action. Examples of challenges include things like reading books, setting boundaries, engaging in community action, etc.

Please note: No information about you or your participation will be shared with anyone else if you choose to join. While you won't see this community, you'll know that you're not alone in working on a specific task each month.
