Letters & Other Supports

If you’re tired of gatekeeping around accessing procedures, accommodations, and supports that are psychologically necessary, you’re not alone! I want to make these things as accessible as I can while maintaining good and ethical clinical care.

Each of the items listed are always available to you for free as an ongoing client; however, if you need these documents but not the ongoing therapy, I’m happy to provide them as standalone services.

Scholarships and/or pro-bono services may be available for those who need financial assistance.

Please note: You must be 18+ years old to qualify for evaluation/letter support. Letters are not guaranteed. They are provided only after appropriate clinical assessment, completion of the required number of appointments, and when clinically indicated. Any clinical concerns that arise will be addressed immediately to ensure next best steps are identified in a timely manner. 
 

Any letters provided reflect my clinical opinion based on assessment and the therapeutic relationship. Letters do not guarantee external approval; final determinations are made by the receiving institution, provider, or agency.

Please be aware that some institutions, providers, or agencies require specific licensure for completion of certain letters or forms. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm whether the documentation they are seeking can be completed by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), rather than another credential (e.g., MD, APRN, psychologist).
