Hi, I'm Sarah!

she/her/hers

My name is Sarah Tellesbo and I'm so glad youre here!

Im a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) offering affirming, trauma-informed therapy for adults in Utah and California. I work with people navigating identity, sexuality, religious trauma, chronic illness, and all types of concerns related to the impact of living in systems that werent built for them.

My approach is grounded in feminist-multicultural therapy, sex therapy, and trauma-informed care. I pay attention to how power, identity, and systems shape our mental health, while also helping you build practical tools for everyday life and an understanding of yourself that will help you set yourself up for success.

Grab a snack and let's talk!
