Personalized Guided Meditations

Mindfulness- the art of being fully and deliberately present in the moment- is one of the greatest tools we have when it comes to regulating our nervous system and feeling more grounded. 

Originating from Buddhist traditions, Chan, and Tibetan meditation techniques, mindfulness was popularized (and appropriated) by the Western world in the 1990’s. Since that time, mindfulness has been increasingly recognized as a useful tool in improving mental and physical health. Please click here to learn more about the roots of mindfulness and meditation.

There are a number of apps and services you can use to access guided meditation, however, many of these come with monthly fees and generalized scripts. I offer an affordable $10 alternative; personalized guided meditations. 

This can include: 

  • Imagery based on your own unique “safe space.” 

  • Walking through your personal challenges. 

  • Breathwork that suits your body and preferences. 

  • Soothing background sounds of your choice.
